Instagram bio link for cafés

Your menu, WhatsApp orders and location in one link. Customers from Instagram place their order on WhatsApp, not in Instagram's browser.

  • The order button opens WhatsApp — with one tap on Android.
  • Your menu changes; the address in your bio stays the same.
  • You see which post and which story brought customers.

What your café's bio page needs

Someone arriving from Instagram usually asks three things: what is on the menu, how to order, and where the café is. Your bio page should bring each answer down to one tap. On linqs each is its own button: order on WhatsApp, menu, location and directions. If you take table bookings, one more.

The order of the buttons matters. The one used most goes at the top; for cafés that is usually ordering or the menu. You can change the order any time, and your address stays the same.

Orders on WhatsApp, with a ready message

A customer who taps the order button writes to you on WhatsApp without saving your number. The message box arrives filled with the text you chose, for example “Hello, I'd like to order a takeaway.” The chat starts with a message that already says what is wanted.

On Android the button goes from Instagram's browser to WhatsApp in one tap. On iPhone the WhatsApp app is tried first; if that fails, WhatsApp's own page opens and the customer continues to the chat from there.

A QR code on the table, a menu that changes

Your menu may be a PDF, in Google Drive or on an ordering site. Wherever it is, the menu button and the QR code on the table both go to the same linqs link. When prices change and you upload a new menu, you only change the link's target; the address in your bio and the code on the table stay the same.

You download each link's QR code from your dashboard, as PNG or as SVG for print.

Your café's colours, your café's name

Pick the page's colours and font from the ready-made themes, or enter your café's own colours; the contrast is checked so the text stays readable on the background. Lay the buttons out as a list or a two-column grid, and your Instagram and TikTok accounts sit under your bio as small icons.

Which post brought customers?

Each button's clicks are counted separately: day by day you see how many people tapped the menu and how many tapped to order, and whether the visit came from Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. If order clicks rise on the day you post a story, you know what works from numbers, not guesses.

Set up in five minutes

  1. Sign up free and choose a username; your café's name works: linqs.live/kahveduragi.
  2. Type your WhatsApp number and order message, and the order button is ready.
  3. Add your menu's link, your location on Google Maps and, if you have one, your table booking page.
  4. Paste the address into your Instagram bio; download the QR code for your tables from your dashboard.

Why a separate link?

Instagram opens the link in your bio in its own little browser. There are no saved logins, no saved cards and no jump to WhatsApp in there, so customers give up halfway. A linqs link leaves that browser: on Android, with one tap, to the target's app or to Chrome. Instagram on iPhone doesn't allow it; there the link opens normally inside the app and the visit still counts.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to upload my menu to linqs?

No. linqs does not host your menu; it points to wherever your menu already is, such as a PDF or an ordering site. When the menu changes, you only change the link's target.

Can I add my page on a food delivery app?

Yes. Any web address can be a button; copy the link of your restaurant page in the app and add it.

How many buttons can I add?

There is no limit. On the free plan each button counts as one of that month's 20 new links; four or five buttons are usually enough for a café.

Is the free plan enough for a café?

For most cafés, yes: up to 1,000 visitors a month, every button escapes the in-app browser, and past the limit your links keep opening. For busier months Pro is 249 ₺ a month and does not renew.
