Instagram bio link for bungalows and guesthouses

Bookings, WhatsApp, location and prices in one link. Booking questions don't get stuck in Instagram's browser; they land in WhatsApp.

  • Everything guests ask — prices, availability, location — at one address.
  • Change links with the season; the address in your bio stays the same.
  • You see which post brought the booking.

What guests ask, and what your page answers

A guest browsing your bungalow or guesthouse account always has the same questions: which dates are free, what a night costs, where exactly the place is, and how to book. Your bio page turns each of those questions into a button: book on WhatsApp, available dates, location and prices.

You can keep available dates on a calendar page and prices in an image or in Google Drive. linqs does not host them; each button goes to that page.

Let booking questions land in WhatsApp

Most guests would rather book by message. The booking button opens WhatsApp with a ready message. You set the text, such as “Hello, I'd like to ask about availability for two”, and the guest only adds the dates.

On Android the button goes from Instagram's browser to WhatsApp in one tap. On iPhone the WhatsApp app is tried first; if that fails, WhatsApp's own page opens and the guest continues to the chat from there.

The season changes, the address does not

Summer prices, the winter closure, the holiday rush: you change the buttons' targets or order with the season. The address in your bio and the QR codes in brochures and rooms stay the same.

When the season closes you can rename the booking button to “Write to us about next season” and change it back when you reopen, without touching anything on Instagram.

Which post brought bookings?

After a sunset video you see how many people tapped the booking button, and whether the visit came from Instagram, TikTok or a travel site. You spend your ad budget knowing what works.

Set up in five minutes

  1. Sign up free and choose a username; your place's name works: linqs.live/camevleri.
  2. Type your WhatsApp number and booking message, and the booking button is ready.
  3. Add a button each for available dates, prices and your location on Google Maps.
  4. Paste the address into your Instagram bio; download the QR code for brochures and rooms from your dashboard.

Why a separate link?

Instagram opens the link in your bio in its own little browser. There are no saved logins, no saved cards and no jump to WhatsApp in there, so customers give up halfway. A linqs link leaves that browser: on Android, with one tap, to the target's app or to Chrome. Instagram on iPhone doesn't allow it; there the link opens normally inside the app and the visit still counts.

Frequently asked questions

I have a booking system. Do I still need linqs?

linqs is not a booking system; it takes the button that leads to your system's page out of Instagram's browser. On Android the guest completes the booking in their own browser, with their saved details.

Can I add my Booking or Airbnb page?

Yes. Any web address can be a button; copy your listing's link and add it.

Can I write the buttons in English for foreign guests?

Yes. You write the button names and your description in any language; you can also add two booking buttons, one in Turkish and one in English.

Is the free plan enough off-season?

Up to 1,000 visitors a month, every button escapes the in-app browser; past the limit your links keep opening. In the busy season you can take Pro for a month: 249 ₺, and it does not renew.
